There is 1 #20 torx screw on top holding the MFS in place. I didn't check but you may not even have to remove the lower section. It takes a bit to worm the shroud around the column tilt lever. Remove them and carefully separate shroud and remove. There are 3 #20 Torx screws under the steering column shroud. I would hesitate to use Isopropyl Alcohol for this because off the plastics involved. Once you can see the contacts, clean them off of all lubricant and metal pieces. Also, pay special attention to the way the rotary wiper delay switch is set into the switch. If I remember right, the switch separates and then the emergency signal switch slides out. Take your time and you can figure out how to separate the switch. The difficult part is separating the switch to clean the contacts. One is located behind the column and requires some dexterity to get out. This may seem difficult but it really isn't. You need to remove the turn signal arm from the steering column. The problem is caused by the contacts rubbing and releasing small particles which conduct small amounts of electricity and cause the flasher relay to click. If you have manual roll down windows, you'll have to buy a special tool to remove a little clip that's behind the roller handle. I switched the driver door speaker and the passenger door speaker, and now I have all of those noises back. All of those sounds come through the speaker.
